Interview
They asked me to write a quick programming test to test some basic skills. This was not very hard and it did not try to catch you out. It was aimed at seeing if you could actually do the work that you say you can.

They did ask you to write a program that solves a problem. Also, They ask general questions like your interests etc to see if you are a culture fit.
