Interview
Fairly simple. I had an initial phone screen with the district manager where she went over the basics of the job. Later I had a phone interview with the site account manager.

What is your leadership style? How would you go about asking an employee to do something?
Screening call with HR first, then a Teams video call with multiple managers held in english, with a few questions from each one of them. Next step is another call with other Senior Managers.

Applied online through their careers website. Had a phone screening with HR, followed by a brief phone interview with the District Manager. I then had a phone interview with the site manager. I was offered a site tour by the site manager but was unable due to scheduling conflicts.
