The interview consisted of a phone interview followed by a technical interview by the Team Lead and a higher manager. Concepts, code, algorithms and ideas were discussed on a white board. The Team Lead was helpful in understanding the issue with my solution to the problem and hinting at ways to optimize and improve. In lieu of memorized standard concepts a derivation of a solution which leads to said concept was accepted. All in all a very good experience
