Secret Shopper interview questions

Applied via a third party website, had a short and relaxed phone call. Went in for an in person interview shortly afterwards. In person interview was uncomfortable and the recruiter had music playing in the background the entire time. Made it very hard to focus on the questions and conversation at hand. Was very informal and felt off.
