Second Home Pet Resort interview questions

I emailed a completed application, resume and a letter. I was contacted via email the next day to set up an interview. I went in for my interview and I had to fill out another application (the same one I originally filled out). I was asked a couple of questions and was given a tour. At the end of the interview, the director told me I would hear back no later then the next day. The next day, I got an offer for the position via email. I gladly accepted. I never received a response back. I emailed again four days later and I never received a response. I called and unfortunately, the director was busy so she was unable to talk to me. The person I talked to took my phone number and said the director will send another email and to check my spam. I received another email with the job offer later that day. I, once again, accepted and emailed her back. I also emailed her two other times besides this. There was still no response. I have called several times and have left a couple of messages with no response from the director.
