Interview
I completed a few interviews with the company totaling 6.5 hours worth of my time. 30 minute phone interview first. 2.5 hour interview for the second one. And 3.5 hours at the third. At no point in those interviews did they tell me what the wage would be for the position.

Question 1
They asked me to create a solidworks model in a specific time or do what I could in the time.
Email with description asking if I would be interested in 30 - 40 dollars and hour.
Phone interview with an agreed upon 37 dollars an hour.
2 1/2 hour in person interview.
4 hour unpaid working interview with product that would be sold.
Then an offer of 27 dollars an hour. Stay away from these scammers.

Interview
This was a pretty simple interview with multiple people. Really laid back interview with very kind group of engineers and managers. The company was much smaller at the time. It has grown since then.
