A recruiter at SW has been to me what recruiters should be - prompt, professional, attentive and on your side. I connected with a recruiter who keeps in touch with me twice a year to see how I'm doing. She discussed an opportunity with a large tech company and helped me understand exactly what the interview process would entail and how to properly prepare. She got back to me with feedback very quickly and set up next stages in a blink of an eye. The end result was an offer, but I declined due to getting a slightly better offer with another company. I will absolutely interview with SW again as the entire process was what I wish all companies would do.
