What can you say about a company who schedules a phone interview with you but doesn't call or follow up with an explanation. Very unprofessional!!! And to think I was applying for an HR position. If they changed their mind, I would expect at least a note of apology.

Quick and a bit confusing. I would assume now that they were unsure about what characteristics they were looking for in a candidate so it was difficult to see whether I was a fit for the Company/job. It was difficult to present well as they hadn't decided what the job/title should be.
