Good interview process. Good interview. Human Resources was very thorough in the process. Everyone involved in the interview demonstrated professionalism. The interview was very well conducted. The follow-up to this interview was very good.

The interview process was typical. Started with a phone screen with the recruiter then phone interview with hiring manager. After that was a face to face interview. They were very accommodating with availability.

Phone screening with HR was great, however the hiring manager for the position seemed incompetent and unwilling to train someone for the position. I’m not sure I would interview again with Seaboard foods after my experience.
