Screening Reports interview questions

The interview was easy. HR asks 6 situational questions, such as name a time you had to meet a deadline. She also asked me to name a time that I overcame adversity. She then offered me the job on the spot.

Drove out there, was grilled with 12 difficult questions for 1.5 hours. Turns out they wanted a manager who would do their employees work so they didn't have to pay them any overtime. They never even had the courtesy to call me back afterwards.
