Very easy sales manager asked me series of Questions about sales and merchandising he asked me series of questions regarding my background with 20 minutes i was offered a position.

The overall interview process was very efficient. I recieved an invite for a phone interview within 24 hours of submitting my resume. The phone interview is conducted by an outside company and only take about 20-30 minutes. This is followed by meeting with a manager who you will work directly with. This interview is pretty informal and stress free and can lead to a job offer on the spot. Be prepared to discuss salary if you condiser yourself a qualified candidate.
