First interview with manager of the department and HR. Second Interview with Manager, HR and another production control team member. It began with an internal application. Once thirty or so applications were reviewed, the list was cut approximately in half. There was an initial interview and after about a month, it was narrowed down to three candidates. The three candidates were then interviewed again in more detail with not only a set of verbal questions, but also a set of skills tests. Most of these tests involved using Microsoft programs to filter and interpret information from spreadsheets.
