After applying online, I had a phone interview that was just a few questions of the 'why are you interested in this position,' and 'do you meet the basic qualifications (completed bachelor's degree)' type. Then scheduled a video interview. Video interview was more in-depth both in their explanations of the position and company & their questions for the interviewee. Things like strengths, weaknesses, relevant experience, why you want this, tell me more about yourself, typical interview questions across fields. Offer was received verbally at end of interview.
