Discuss the role, company etc.Discuss the history of the company, management etc. Describe the role and the team environment.
Advise on induction process etc.

Telephone Interview, Face to Face Interview. Staff were very friendly. Asked simple fair questions. Really just looking to see if you are decent and going to see it through. I would imagine it would be a good place to work.
