Interview
Interview was conducted by 5 individuals from management team. I dressed casual as per their request. A manufacturing facility tour was given to me after the rounds of questioning. Hiring process was easy cause was made by an outsider job placement company.

There was a manager that was giving examples of unexpected situations for me to explain how I will react and why. he gave me 5 situations to respond.

one week - apply on Tuesday -10 mins phone on interview Wednesday- group ( 4) interview Thursday - offer letter Friday afternoon, all in all it was a very fast process - direct hire / guess they use to do a temp to direct hire in the past - interview lasted about 3 hrs for start to finish
