I applied online and heard back from the CEO very quickly asking to schedule a 30 minute video interview with her. The interview was pretty straight forward. She got right to the point and started asking questions immediately about my background and what I thought this role was. The zoom was on a Friday afternoon and she said her team would be meeting later that day to discuss the interviews so I would hear back by mid-next week. I could tell by the way the interview went that I wasn't getting a second round but was still expecting her to send an email. However, I never even received a generic rejection email which is just so disrespectful. Overall, it felt like a very cold interview.
