Applied for position online through a job posting. Received a screening call from Book Fair Headquarters in Lake Mary Florida. Invited for first in-person interview with hiring Sales Manager, then the General Manager for Sales and Operations. Last interview was with the Human Resources Manager. Also, phone interview with a Sales Consultant.

Question 1
They asked a lot of questions about how I handled difficult situations. The questions were repeated, but with a change-up in the wording.
It was an easy interview. There were two people that interviewed me. I thought it went pretty well but never even heard back. They told me they would reach out within 2-3 weeks and I never heard back. Also extremely underpaid so I wasn’t interested after learning compensation.

Interview
First had to complete a video where the screen prompted a question and you recorded your answer. The following week I got scheduled for a video interview with two of their sales managers. Typical interview, but never heard back even after I followed up twice.

Describe your sales experience, a time you dealt with a challenge and how you handled it, what are you looking for in your next opportunity
There was just one interview and they called with a job offer the next day. However others I work with said they had 2 or 3 interviews. Have to write 30 words but I do not have anything else to say.
