The interview process was easy and straightforward. There were two rounds of interviews, one with the head person and another with the school site. I was able to do both on zoom.
I applied online. I interviewed at Scholarship Prep (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
So, they messaged me and sent me a link to schedule a interview. I scheduled the interview.....Fast forward on the day of the interview they were a no show. I was dressed up and ready and waited in the lobby for almost an hour. I emailed the individual who created the interview and no response I tried messaging through indeed nothing. I tried to reschedule the meeting however I decided to cancel becuase I never got a response from them why they missed the first interview. According to reviews on here and glassdoor this company suffers from nepotism and hiring people they know such and family members and friends. This was a low for a company to not show up for the interview. Most likely they hired internally and had to make the position available to the public due to company policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY all they do is waste your time.
The interview was virtual and pretty straight forward. I can’t say it was any harder or easier than any other process. It was fair with the typical questions and left room for my questions.

Question 1
Not an interview question but they tried to offer me an aide position when I have my doctorate in education. It was an insult for them to say that was the only way to become a teacher there.
