Checker is a baseline position that Schnucks was specifically looking to fill when it contacted me. As Schnucks is quick to hire for when it wants to, my interview process was short and sweet. The interviewer looked over my resume and noted my transferable skills before hiring me in no time.
Phone call where I was asked questions such as my availability and if I was willing to stand for 8 hours straight, no real interview questions. I was asked about my education and goals and that is it.

Once you apply online someone contacts you via email to schedule a phone interview. You can view a calendar and pick a day/time that works for you. Then the recruiter calls you at the time specified and asks a few questions.
