It was not formal and over the phone did not realize it was going to be an interview because I was just calling them back. They just asked me questions on the spot i was not preparred.

It was easy, I submitted an application and did a phone screen with two members of the team. I completed a drug test, turned in my IDs, and was sent orientation.
