I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Scheels (Overland Park, KS) in Jun 2015
Interview
I initially got a phone interview and was asked to interview in person as well. In the face to face interview I talked to two different ppl and the questions were not very difficult. Mostly about personal qualities, experiences, interests etc. After that I filled out the long form which consists of easy math, word definitions, a short business letter, and a few questions about goals and interests. The whole hiring process took about 4 days.

I applied online. I interviewed at Scheels (Omaha, NE)
Interview
Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area
Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.

The interview process for Scheels is extensive, even for part time work. Two interviews were required prior to an offer. This interview process was one I had not yet been part of.
