Pretty simple. Had basic phone interview then had an interview in person with the human resource assistant store leader. Basic interview with pretty basic interview questions. if you do a little bit of preparation you will get the job.

Interview
Very long and drawn out, seems to want to weed people out. There was an actual test, maybe it would be beneficial when looking at high school students, but for adults, it seems a little condescending.

Interview
The process is intense for the type or work and pay. I had to go through three interviews before I was hired. I was first approached in the store if I would be interested in working, then filled out an app, and began the interview process. I interviewed 1 on 1 with three different managers. Took an IQ test, math test, brand / product test ect.
