Scanner Enterprises interview questions

There is a sandwich board out on the sidewalk saying "no hiring, apply within". If they are looking for people they may ask you about your availability and ask you to fill out a form. I was hired on the spot, and I don't think it is any different for anyone else. I suppose the job itself is part of the interview process since if you don't like it you will not come back and if they don't like you they just wont call you in for work the next day.
