Phone interview followed by in person. Very professional and nice as well. Phone interview took about 15 minutes and in person took around 30 minutes. Focussed more on personality rather than actual experience.

Applied through a campus organization. Then I had an interview at the Greenville office with 2 of the managers I ended up working for. I heard back the same day to go onto the Background and reference stage then heard back in about 3 weeks.
