I received an email about setting up a phone interview about a summer internship. I got a call for the interview and my interviewer was very friendly. We discussed my strengths and skills and how they would best fit the company. In the end, he told me the next step would be a follow-up interview in person at their New York Office. I have yet to receive an invitation for the second interview.
