Easy, no written test. Just met with a director directly, It took like an hour, super nice, talked a lot about their business and recent deals.Then asked me about my background, while I decided to change field… etc.
Several stage process including modelling test and group exercise which was conducted via zoom. Additionally there were several motivational / technical based interviews, allowing you to meet multiple members of the team.
