I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Savers
Interview
Talked to a manager in store to give them my CV, they asked a few standard questions (experience, school, why did I want to work there). Got called back a couple days later for an interview in store with a supervisor. Interviewer was nice and laid back. After first interview, did a scond interview with a manager, which were the same questions. They called me back a week after to offer me a job.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Savers (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very fast and easy. A few questions on the resume from an old job. questions about the team and difficult situations. I didn't wait long, although I know that a lot of people wanted this job.
it was just a psychometric test where they filter out anyone who they think will cause issues and also anyone who is disabled, since this is an automated process it seems that any information regarding disability isn't taken into account
Easy asked me about experiences I had and was very nice and easy going. I liked the interview process and felt comfortable. It was nice and I felt confident and comfortable
