Sapura interview questions

Great HR managing the entire process however the HR Manager has already retired. Afterwards I get an interview with Project Director, Design Manager and Procurement Manager. Last interview is with the company DCEO. Result is given to me the same day after interview with DCEO. Duration between 1st to 2nd interview is around 2 months.

Pros : The work environment here is incredibly friendly and supportive. My officemates are always willing to lend a hand, and they've guided me through various tasks, making the transition smoother. I truly appreciate the collaborative atmosphere, where everyone is eager to help each other succeed. Cons : However, one significant drawback I've encountered is with the Project Manager. While it's understandable to have high expectations for someone with specific skills, they tend to assume that expertise in one area means a comprehensive understanding of the entire product. This unrealistic expectation can be quite stressful and is something I find frustrating."
