It was quite a simple Interview first they call you and then invite you for interview. I thought the interview went really well and they actually told me how I would be working there, but for some reason I was unable to actually obtain the role. I asked for feedback and everything was find its just I did not have any work exprience and yeah my interview was perfect so yes no imporvement was needed so a waste of time. Personally do not feel a company should ever interview anyone if they don't think they have enough exprience. Check the candidates CV carefully before!
