Competency based. Interviewer read off a sheet of paper, another person making notes. Role play at the end as well to probe a customer about a loan. Usual questions, I.e. Why do you want to work for Santander.

Interview
The interview was simple and straight forward. Did not feel it was challenging enough. However, it seemed it is a good atmosphere to work in. I can see the people who worked there enjoy the company.
it was ok. The company is great. Please take notice. It was an amazing opportunity. People are great. Very supportive. Very nice. People need to tread carefully. Please negotiate. Be careful. Very rude.
