Applied online, online tests, video interview and then assessment centre . Person who interviewed me had no interest from the start. There was no room booked for the interview so did it in the corridor, then moved into two rooms during the interview. Terrible organisation, which threw me off massively
One to one interview about general personality traits and understanding whether the candidate would be a good fit for the company. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes with a member of the Santander team.
