Interview
Interview by the head of department, a nice guy. Face to face interview last for about 30 mins. Both English and Mandarin are required when answering questions. He would introduce the bank after the interview.

4 rondas de entrevistas. Preguntas fit hasta la última entrevista. En la última entrevista preguntas Technical y Estudio de caso. En mi caso eran entrevistas para mercados financieros. El proceso ha sido bastante ameno hasta la ultima entrevista

Hirevue with six questions, followed by super day with three interviews by different analysts / MDs / associates. Feedback 5 days after the interview day. Overall, very smooth and professional process at Santander London office. The super day was held online
