Santa Catalina interview questions

I did a phone screen and then spent half a day on their campus, doing 1-1 interviews and a panel. When I left, they seemed super interested and said I was a great fit - overqualified but would bring a lot to the table. However, I never heard another word from them. Not even an email or a written rejection. Just silence. After 3 weeks, I wrote to the person I had been in contact with the most - he never returned my email. I was disappointed not only that I didn't get the position, but also that they never closed the loop.
