The hiring process was decently spaced out. Got a call from HR to come in for an interview. There were 8 people interviewing me (panel interview). People from HR, Finance, IT, Risk Management, Business Services and Ed Tech departments were there asking one question each that had been structured out.
After clearing out the face to face interview - I was given a written test to test my skill set. I turned that in and the lady in HR said that they would be contacting me to let me know if I passed or not. I was called after a week to come in for a 2nd interview the following week. This was with the Hiring Manager and one of the Executive Managers. After asking some questions about career advancement, management adaptability and past experience, I was told that they would get back to me within a week or so.
I was called after 2 weeks to accept the offer and turn in a drug test and background check.
