The actual process of the interview I found way too aggressive - Multiple phone calls, voice mails, and emails within a very short 30 minute window (both in the screening process and 2nd round of interviews) in an attempt to make contact
The questions asked were quite standard, however I felt heavy focus on local language proficiency even though it was emphasized English would be the main language of communication
Ultimately, I did not proceed with the 2nd round - simply had to go with my gut and felt the culture & way of working wasn't for me
