Had a casual interview at a career fair, then a video interview with 2 more senior people, and finally was flown to Albuquerque for an interview that a was most of the day. I gave a 1-hour research presentation to about 10 people that would be future colleagues. Then I had several interviews of about 45 minutes each with various people. They also took me to lunch. Although I did not end up getting an offer, I felt like the managers really did care about me having a good experience as a candidate, which I appreciated a lot.
