Ghosted after my initial interview with the director of technical project management. Had an initial call with a recruiter then an interview with the director. I was told they wanted to move forward with me in the interview process and was sent the benefits package to review. I let the recruiter know I wanted to discuss their PTO policy since I had upcoming holiday plans and never heard back.
