Since this is a county hospital they interview everyone that is qualified so they interviewed close to 400 people when I applied. So the process is LONG. they interviewed for a whole month. You rank your units and interview with a panel of the managers from all units. I was there with managers of ED, ICU, medsurg, and surgery. They were all extremely friendly and welcoming. I heard back from them after a month.

I did the interview on microsoft teams with one of the managers. I believe they usually have multiple managers, but only one was available. They just asked a few simple questions.

I received an email stating someone would be contacting me within 2 weeks to set up an interview.
A few days later I received a call and had an interview the following day.
