Sent off my CV, then had a short telephone interview. The interview consisted of simple questions about myself, what I know about Samsung and finally one asking about my favourite Samsung product and what I'd do to improve it. Lottie on the phone was very friendly and open to answering any questions.
I was then offered a place at the assessment center that was at the end of the week. I didn't have to do the online tests before hand as there was so little time between my interview (which is usually a video interview online) and the assessment center.
There was a nice atmosphere during the day, everyone was very welcoming. First we had a quick ice breaker and talk from Lottie about Samsung and what to expect from the day. Then we were split into two groups to do a teamwork activity which consisted on organising a charity event within a budget and present our plan.
Afterwards, we had question and answer sessions with employees at Samsung, they weren't quite as smiley as Lottie but still friendly and easy to talk to.
I then had to complete the online tests that I hadn't done beforehand as well as a Microsoft Excel test.
We all had individual interviews which involved about 4competency based questions.
Finally, I had to make a presentation reviewing one of their stores. I had 50mins to read an informational pack and create a presentation which I then presented to the employees that we had previously spoken to. They then asked fairly challenging questions but nothing too hard.
