The manager came with a clipboard with my 'resume and told me to fill up a sheet concerning my experience and multiple choice on my personality and few world issues. Some of the time he just wanted to listen to what I have to say about their company and to describe me as a person.

During the interview he asked what pursued me to become a marketing research agent, 1)why should they hire me,? and why out of any other candidate should they select me above all?
Other questions described a time you were in a difficult situation and what did you do to cope with this situation?
