Was approached by an internal recruiter, had a first interview where they asked all the usual questions such as experience and relevance to the job spec which was emailed over. Was told she was going to speak to the hiring manager for the actual role itself and to expect a second interview request shortly. I then a few hours later got a decline, saying they were going with another candidate. I asked if they could feedback on what the other candidate had, so I could be better prepared in the future, and was completely ghosted by the recruiter.
