Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a virtual meeting with the hiring manager, then a "virtual onsite" with more folks from the team. Phone screen was a little technical, but basic. Second interview was less technical and the third interview there were hardly any tech questions more behavioral. They also give you a detailed guidelines on how to answer questions which to be fair given your length of experience these should be pretty obvious. I got through interview three and felt good about things but they went in a different direction. When asked for feedback and the survey they were supposed to send I was left on read by the recruiter. Unprofessional procedure in my opinion.
