Three Interviews with the Hiring Team, these interviews focused on assessing my technical skills, industry knowledge, and how well I would fit into the team dynamics. One Interview with the Hiring Manager, this interview included a quick case, which challenged my problem-solving abilities and how I approach real-world scenarios. Following the interviews, I was tasked with a Home Case Study to be prepared within 48 hours. This case study required me to analyze a specific problem or scenario relevant to the role and prepare a presentation. The final step involved presenting the Home Case Study to a panel. Overall, the interview process was comprehensive, covering both technical and cultural aspects. It provided a well-rounded assessment of my qualifications and ensured a good fit for both me and the company.
