There were multiple periods of radio silence, slow interview coordination and then a short notice cancellation - with promises of rescheduling only to fall into radio silence again. The general lack of communication was also sub par at best. Samsara are best in class at what they do, however if they wish to attract top talent then I advise a review of their hiring practices - lack of comms and radio silence is counterproductive regardless of how much a great company and product you have. Treat all interviewees time and energy with respect. Ghosting and poor candidate treatment is a hot topic right now - be a part of the conversations for the right reasons !
