Sameday Health interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter, scheduled a 15 min phone interview a few days later and was hired at the end of the call. Was asked pretty basic interview questions.

Initially had a call with HR, addressed salary expectations, work location, general company culture. Later had two interviews with the department leaders ( intelligent and kind people I was looking forward to working with). Eventually completed an "assignment" of questions on notion. Submitted references and after 3 weeks received an offer that was 20k lower than my original ask. Their health benefits are pretty disappointing for a healthcare company! Tried to negotiate but they were not able to match so I declined the offer.
