brief series of questions will hire you if you seem well mannered and are positive. they hire more people then they turn away. the process is very short. they will usually let you know right then if they are going to hire you.

Met with the restaurant manager for an interview the next day of putting my application in. Had a second interview a couple days later. The interview was friendly yet serious. I never felt intimidated at all.
