Interview
Interview process had two stages. First I was talking to HR manager. She was very attentive and polite. We discussed my previous work experience, my life goals. As far as I was moving to Moscow from another city we discussed this part much. At first she was doubtful whether I am ready to move leaving my family behind, but I managed to convince her I am going to bring them here after I arrange everything at place.
At the second stage I was talking to IT group manager. We discussed my experience and he tested my knowledge in different IT areas. After that I spoke to CIO telling him about my plans in Moscow.
At the third stage I was given a job offer and we discussed my relocation to Moscow with HR manager.
