Initial phone screen by Talent Acquisition. Group interview with the Talent Acquisition person and a manager from the call center in the company's office. Reference and police checks performed if successful.

It went OK, though it was kinda late that they started it. Too late and it's very dark outside while waiting for the interviewer to arrive. The interview only lasted for couple of minutes though

Interview
Phone interview and then group interview. Group interview involved learning about the company, pairing up where you sit back to back and try and describe some images on a piece of paper for them to draw (to show how well you can instruct someone), and listening to a recorded call and commenting on if it was done well, what could be improved, etc.
