Interview
I Contacted by Department Manager by phone and follow up with email. She invited me in for an interview with date and time. She asked me many sales based and goal oriented questions. I answered. She asked if I could stay in the room for a few minutes and left me alone, she returned with an offer.
The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
I applied and was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with store manager. Standard interview questions. Overall very easy interview. I was offered a position for beauty advisor the same day.
