Extremely casual, interview was more to get a grasp of my personality than knowledge or company compatibility. At the time, the store was experiencing an extreme shortage on staff so the interview was basically just to see if I was crazy or not.

Question 1
Your average interview questions, why do you want to work here etc.
The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
I applied and was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with store manager. Standard interview questions. Overall very easy interview. I was offered a position for beauty advisor the same day.
